Interlink Signs Global Customer for Managed Services; Inergy Automotive Systems Selects Interlink to Monitor and Manage Its Global Network.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Interlink Group, LLC (Interlink) today announced a three-year, multi-million dollar agreement with Inergy Automotive Systems (Inergy) in which Interlink will provide remote monitoring and management of Inergy's global network through its Global Service Centers (GSC) in Englewood, Colorado and Pune, India.

Inergy, a Tier One supplier of complete fuel systems and energy storage system technologies, was founded in 2000 through a joint venture of the French company, Plastic Omnium, and Solvay SA. Its operations are spread over 38 facilities in 17 countries around the world.

"We made a significant investment in our network infrastructure to connect the people and processes that comprise our manufacturing, sales, corporate, and research facilities throughout the world. The performance and availability of this system is critical to the successful and profitable operations of the company," said Jean-Philippe Tessier, Inergy Director of Global Technical Services.

From Interlink's state-of-the-art management and operations center, engineers are able to monitor the performance and availability of Inergy's business-critical network and remediate anticipated problems before they occur. This 7x24x365 coverage is accomplished cost effectively by leveraging Interlink's India-based operations center.

As a project-based technology firm with specialization in infrastructure and application development, Interlink entered the remote managed services space in 2002 to provide a more holistic offering to customers. "This was a natural evolution to the project work we have traditionally provided. Our background in consulting gives us the ability to be flexible in our approach and a trusted partner to many organizations looking to outsource the management function," said Darren Bordeaux, Interlink Vice President of Managed Services. "The fact that we offer a unique value proposition and can often provide this service at a fraction of the cost is quite compelling to our customers," said Bordeaux.
